Becoming a member

The P.F. Chang’s Rewards® + Chang's Ca$h™ reward program allows participating members to earn points and redeem points for rewards.

You can download the P.F. Chang’s mobile app or visit P.F. Chang’s Rewards® to fill out an enrollment form to become a P.F. Chang’s Rewards™ Program Member. Membership is subject to the Program Terms and Conditions found by visiting P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Terms and Conditions.

You will automatically receive $15 in Chang's Ca$h™ just by joining the P.F. Chang's Rewards + Chang's Ca$h™ program. After that, you will earn 15% back on all eligible purchases PLUS 10 points per dollar spent on all qualifying food and non-alcoholic beverage purchases at participating P.F. Chang's locations. You will receive a Reward worth $15, redeemable for eligible food and beverage purchases at participating P.F. Chang’s locations, for every 2,000 points earned. Upon completion of your full Member profile, including your birthday month, you will also receive a Birthday Reward—a complimentary dessert or appetizer of your choice to enjoy any time during your birthday month.

Points

You must tell your server that you are a P.F. Chang's Rewards™ Program Member and provide your account information to earn 10 points per dollar spent on qualifying purchases at participating P.F. Chang's locations. You can earn points by dining in, picking up takeout orders, or having takeout orders delivered from participating P.F. Chang's locations. It is that easy. Orders placed through third party ordering and delivery services, such as DoorDash®, are not eligible for earning P.F. Chang's Rewards™ Program points.

Provide your email address, phone number, or P.F. Chang’s Rewards™ Program Member Number to identify yourself as a P.F. Chang’s Rewards™ Program Member. Your Member Number is required to identify your member account in certain locations (in particular, in California, due to privacy restrictions) and can be found by logging into your P.F. Chang’s Rewards™ Program Member account through the P.F. Chang’s mobile app, P.F. Chang’s Rewards®, or in your emails from P.F. Chang’s.

Notify your server that you are a P.F. Chang’s Rewards™ Program Member with your Member Number at any time before payment during your visit to earn points for qualifying purchases. For orders placed online, login using your P.F. Chang’s Rewards™ Program account before placing your online order for takeout or delivery.

For every dollar spent on eligible food and non-alcoholic beverage purchases at participating P.F. Chang’s locations, you will earn 10 points. For example, if you spend $40 on qualifying purchases (after application of all discounts and promotions, if any), you will get 400 points toward your next $15 Reward. Generally, the amounts are rounded-up—visit P.F. Chang’s Rewards® Terms and Conditions for details. Points can be earned on all food and non-alcoholic beverage items after application of all discounts and promotions. Points are not earned on the purchase of gift cards or alcohol, or on delivery fees, surcharges, comps, tips, taxes, or the value of redeemed Rewards.

Every time you earn 2,000 points, they will be automatically converted to a $15 Reward, which will be posted to your account and eligible for use toward your next qualifying purchase. Rewards must be redeemed within sixty (60) days from date of issuance. Your points balance, earned Rewards, and all your account information can be found by logging into your P.F. Chang’s Rewards™ Program Member account P.F. Chang’s Rewards® sign-in.

Your points should appear in your account within 48 hours of your qualifying purchase. And remember, once you have earned 2,000 points, you will receive an email alerting you of your $15 Reward. At any time, you can login to your account to view your point balance and earned Rewards. Please note that when you reach 2,000 points, your points convert to a $15 Reward and only the remaining points after the 2,000 will display in your account.

Redeeming Rewards

Once you have earned a $15 Reward, identify yourself as a P.F. Chang’s Rewards™ Program Member by providing your account information and let your server know you want to use your Reward. The Reward will be applied to eligible menu items on your order. The entire $15 Reward must be used in a single transaction. No credits or refunds will be given for orders in which the qualifying purchase totals less than $15. Please note that Rewards cannot be earned and redeemed on the same visit. If you have completed the necessary information (i.e., birthday month) in your Member account profile, your Birthday Reward is automatically loaded to your account on the first day of your birthday month. To redeem, identify yourself as a P.F. Chang’s Rewards™ Program Member by providing your account information and inform your server that you would like to redeem your available Birthday Reward. The Birthday Reward applies to the highest priced dessert or appetizer item on your guest check. Charges for modifications not included. You may make reservations through a designated reservations platform accessible by signing in to your P.F. Chang’s Platinum Rewards™ Program account through the mobile app or www.pfchangs.com. If no times and or dates are available online, you may call the VIP Concierge Support phone number or send an email for assistance with reservation requests. Reservations on holidays cannot be guaranteed.

You will receive waitlist priority for in-restaurant dining at participating P.F. Chang’s locations. When you visit a participating P.F. Chang’s location, identify yourself as a P.F. Chang’s Rewards™ Program Member by providing your account information to the host staff and are verified as a P.F. Chang’s Rewards™ member, you will be automatically moved ahead of non-Platinum Member patrons on the waitlist, but no higher than third place in line. The waitlist priority benefit will not place P.F. Chang’s Rewards™ Members ahead of the first two parties already on the waitlist, other P.F. Chang’s Rewards™ Members, or parties who have been notified that their table is ready.

Login to your Rewards Account to retrieve the VIP Concierge Support phone number and email address. P.F. Chang’s Rewards™ Members will receive special occasion recognition when dining in-restaurant at participating P.F. Chang’s locations with a custom table setting available only to P.F. Chang’s Rewards™ Members. You will receive access to a Members-only VIP Concierge Support service that will endeavor to reply to all e-mails and calls within 30 minutes (during business hours, excluding all holidays).

Your free delivery benefit is available for unlimited redemptions, order and redeem your free delivery reward as often as you would like. All other benefits may be used as many times as you wish, subject to any specific limitations, which may be changed or updated at any time. Your free delivery benefit will apply to an otherwise eligible online order for which you are redeeming a Reward.
